We brought this charming Victorian building into the modern time with major renovation. We went with modern design while keeping the old charm characters of the building. You can still find original moulding and decorative fireplace of the old era while enjoy brand new amenities and fixtures. 

The building is very centrally located with easy walking distance to downtown and all university. The bus stop is right in front and can take you anywhere in the Peninsula.
